We are delighted once again to be bringing you the Annual Liquid Therapy Open as we celebrate 2024!

2023 Annual Report

In 2023, Liquid Therapy expanded its delivery season, providing a full season of programmes and events to support surfers and their families. Between April and October, we delivered 2317 individual water sessions for 432 participants across 6 tailored programmes and 2 events. Programmes were held at the Liquid Therapy Surf Centre in Rossnowlagh Beach, Donegal, and a pilot satellite project in Streedagh Beach, Sligo. Our Summer

While the weather may have been hard work, this Summer was amazing! We  welcomed so many new faces to the Liquid Family! From Surfers to Volunteers and Community groups so many waves and fun times were had!

An amazing start to a new year!

Welcome 2024! What a way to start the year! We had promised ourselves to keep a semi low profile this year but the Outsider Awards had other ideas!


With great celebration we have been named ‘ Most Impactful Outdoor Company’!


This really is an award for the whole Liquid Therapy family; Each volunteer, our Board and Panel, the team and most importantly, everyone who joins us each year in and on the ocean!

This year as apart of BLUESURFEST our annual Liquid Therapy Open concluded an amazing year and saw over 80 families and 40 volunteers come together to share in the love and passion for being at the beach and in the ocean.

Autumn Newsletter

Welcome to our Autumn newsletter full of opportunity and information! We’ve had a great peak season and are now looking forward to our Autumn programmes starting next week!

Bluesurfest

As apart of the BLUESURFEST, ‘The Power of Blue’ is a Blue Health Seminar with inspiring speakers who will share their knowledge and experience about the power of the ocean and surfing for both Health and Wellbeing with a goal to inform, inspire and engage, with the day offering complimentary lunch and an opportunity to experience our services in one of our afternoon master classes.

Liquid Therapy are proud to announce we are one of the awardees for Rethink Ireland Headstart fund supported by Z Zurich Foundation and the Health Service Executive!

Over the next three years we will be deepening our impact across three areas in Donegal delivering our Surf based mental well being programmes to young people aged between 16 to 25 year.

We would like to welcome everyone to the 2023 Summer season programmes. This year we have a host of programmes on offer to meet every individual where they are at.


We would start by suggesting making yourself familiar with our website (link below) where details can be found on all our programmes

First time families and surfers

We would like to welcome all new individuals, families and community groups to Liquid Therapy!


We are so excited to share our journey with you.  For each of the new families who join us we ALWAYS start with a phone call! This lets us get to know you and your participant and better identify which programmes will best suit you!


We thought a quick step by step guide might also help you on your journey.

  1. Click on ‘Contact us’ above and the ‘ make your enquiry’ (if you haven’t already)

  2. Fill in the form

  3. If we have availability you’ll receive a call (From Fran or Tom- They’re both lovely)

  4. We’ll book your sessions.


Please note that as an organisation we only have a limited capacity. If we do not have any availability we’ll put you on our waiting list.

In the world of modern technology we are currently building our profile, booking and impact app for all our established returning families.


This app will enable families to build their surfers profile and book the right programmes directly without need the annual phone call, texts and Whatsaps!


While we may be booking you in manually at this point in the season prior to your sessions you will be required to download it and complete your profile set up!
